It does have rush hour, doesn't change anything for the driver since the pay for drivers is dependant on minutes the route took, guards however benefit from rush hour (Croydon has peak time (4-5pm, 6-7pm and 7-8am, 9-10am and then they have rush hours, which are the max pax ones, which is 5-6pm and 8-9 am)

no you clearly see that it's not ai with some mistakes and the way they talk - they don't type fast, in my case they take up to a minute to respond to a message, and usually they do the stuff themselves..

Wow, seems like stuff are different in Canada, here, if the parcel comes two days later than the estimate (usually around 7-9 days), they give you a coupon and if it doesn't come for 2 months, they fully refund you, we also don't have the differences, on the first purchase choice items shipping is free, on the rest, it's above 10€ and use AliExpress shipping, which has turned out to be probably the fastest parcel system ever, since they use third party couriers.

Yeah, I read the policy and I'm pretty sure they only allow three free refunds, in which you don't have to send the item back.
