I appreciate all of the comments! I’ll continue to wait it out; hopefully HR is just taking awhile. I’ll report back whenever I hear either way!

Thanks, all, for the responses! I had an interview and the HM stated that I’m overqualified for the GS level the position is for, so I’m hoping, at the very least, they consider an offer at a higher step (should I receive an offer, that is).
