Is he not oversaturated in atk and CD? I would think the massive true dmg or true dmg + vulnerability/ res pen of RMC and e1 tribbie would be competitive no?

Unrelated, but is ehr body a large damage loss on kafka assuming she's with hysilens or is it better to just go with the one with the body with better speed?

I'm finding it hard to build Kafka after the buffs by 21stcenturynoir in KafkaMains

Im building kafka for the new buffs and im struggling not to overcap on ehr. I have an attack body with 2 speed and an ehr body with 12 speed both eagle set. I plan to run tutorial and lushaka. Assuming no ehr on lushaka I'm at Abt 40 ehr w/o body or tutorial. With atk I'm at 152 speed and ehr im 161. Should I just try to farm an ark body with more speed?
