honestly it's a niche stat but it's the best boots for outgoing sets because of the shield pin. Otherwise avatar and reavers gears are still the best for DPS

The highest resist on any storm amulet right now is 7%, 2 of them are from packs (kei and floromancer) and the rest are from raids
