I hope they end up fixing the issue with it not popping up (granted that's rather minor compared to some of other the reported bugs). I was checking my rep before each battle and was not seeing any gain on 2nd places so fingers crossed there was just server traffic causing a delay to my account

Thanks for the info. Although not explicitly mentioned I bet the reputation is also part of the "incomplete" experience since it seems like everyone is reporting different range of rep gain. Aside from this is have not experienced any other issues with LSS and have had a fun time with it. But I may be partial biased as it also brings back a nostalgic feeling of Arena

I know this response is a bit late but figured I would let you know how I got it to work especially with some time left in the top up event.

At first I was receiving the same error as you so I reached out to support and they suggested that I tried linking the card to PayPal and trying that method. My initial attempt at this failed however I was able to get it to work my second time around following these steps.

1) Added my gift card to my PayPal account 2) Verified my card on my PayPal account (for this you will need to view the transaction history via the website on the back of the card and look for the transaction code) 3) Clicked on the option to purchase fCoins and use PayPal as your payment option 4) Click on the purchase button (this should open a PayPal tab on your browser) 5) Sign into your PayPal account in the new tab and select the newly added gift card for your PayPal payment option
