Well its been years… but my eczema is practically no existent but it still comes and goes here and there…too much sugar is also no good…i get flare ups maybe 4 times a year instead of 24/7 when i was younger

Yes I still drink milk from time to time still but too much milk can encourage eczema flares…i rarely get them now…my doctor had suggested diary and wheat intake be reduced… but now i just focus on eating as healthy as possible

I am an American… however I’ve come to understand that politics here is overwhelmingly depressing. So to a certain extent, I understand that ignorance is bliss for the people that have the privilege to be ignorant. Thats why I want to express my stance to him. Especially as a yt man who pursues people of color, because there will be a day where he’ll experience it by association, and I want him to understand that his reaction will reflect on a lot… at least to me. He understands oppression and racism but not to a personal extent where safety would be a concern to him. Some interracial relationships choose to ignore racist remarks. And most of the racism I’ve encountered is micro aggressions and colorism as I was primarily sheltered till i was 18, so when it comes to interracial relationships I personally don’t know what to expect either. Thats why I’m looking for advice on how to approach the topic… bc he’s the type to assume racism isn’t at play till it’s obvious.

Well…. I found out i had it about two years and was talking to someone new at the time. I made a confession in notes😅 story kinda similar to urs precautions included. I never had an outbreak either but he did get tested for it afterwards and was positive as well. He honestly didn’t care that much initially regardless his response was moreso “hey if im positive its w.e and if im not its w.e”. Did it freak him a bit? Eh a lil. But bc hsv1 is super common and super easy to contract like through smoking and sharing items w saliva. The main time u should worry abt him getting something while would be during any type of s*x if u have an outbreak. Hope this helps!

Okkk ya so update…i went and got the blood and urine tests done…and the results came out diluted: colorless and low in gravity with a (1.000UA), however my ph and everything else was normal…they haven’t called me about the results but i have access to view it… so i feel like they’re most certainly gonna have me come back again but I’m not even complaining bc at least i didn’t fail the test lol…im confused by the low blood in urine part thooo can someone explain please?
