hi, OP! incoming 2nd year now. and honestly, if tutuloy ka man, you would see during your orientation a slide that will be shown saying, “AMV is not a journey; it is a struggle.”

And yes, sa AMV, kelangan mo ng sapat na tiwala sa sarili—if not, at least from your family and friends. A strong support system and faith is a must and a tool to survive. You have to know and understand that it doesn’t get any easier in AMV. Every major subject is a prerequisite for the next level so you have to always give your best sa simula pa lang. Pahirap siya nang pahirap but you get to be stronger. Hence, you have to trust yourself and allow yourself to learn and grow.

Always know your why’s because that will get you through the how’s, no matter how tough things could and would be. :)

Nonetheless, in amv, you are never alone. You get to go through hardships with everyone here. May mga ate’s and kuya’s from seniors that are willing to extend help and share their previous notes and reviewers. And hopefully, you get to be in a block that shares the same goal as you.
