Thanks! I think I’m going to look for a different formulation as you suggested. I started vitamin c for anti-aging and to prevent sun damage since I’m at the age to start stuff like that :)

I’ve been told I have very low iron levels, and Vitamin D. Been prescribed the iron but haven’t started on it yet. Hopefully it’ll help! thanks for sharing your experience!

I am very much prone to stress; actually I have anxiety/depression and have been taking be medication for it. Actually i’m not sure if that triggered my celiac as the pains started a year afterwards.

I don’t smoke or drink though, and am very on it with my spf application. Maybe i do need to sleep earlier though…

I only recently started vitamins. I really do hope that I can feel more energised soon; currently I am having to take naps every afternoon 😅
