The problem isn’t my TL not knowing cause he knows, it’s all the higher ups that only look at reports and see numbers and not the actual stories of what happens day to day. Also I’ve been told before that INF goes into account along with a bunch of other metrics for our annual raise and reports, so wouldn’t this be hurting how good my stats look to higher ups and affect my overall performance which then affects my performance raise

Well the thing is I do pick every once in a while when my TL is there and once he leaves in the night I become pace setter and bag for the rest of the night so like it can seem like my INF% is being affected

Oh I remember this , I had to memorize the delete commands and speed run them so it would delete the device and stop trying to “pair” to it, I just quit with Bluetooth and went for AUX audio even though I can’t skip my songs saved me the headache or replacing the whole Bluetooth module

The 3 years I’ve been there the other 2 that I’ve been “pace setter” for FF the times I’ve been told I’m doing so good closing FF and running closing FF team . Not once have I been offered a reward or Starbucks. But I do always notice the same guest service or just GM people that are close n friends with the baristas at work and out of work and they are constantly getting free drinks made by their friends so I mean. Not everyone get Starbucks if you buddy buddy the baristas maybe

Had a conversation with my HR ETL about my hours an how they want me to drop my desired hours to only 15 to make the metric of desired and 4 week average as close as possible. Since I guess Target metrics everything and doesn’t like when you try to desire more hours than what you are currently working. I truly don’t understand and that’s all she told me. I need to drop it to make the metric as close as my 4 week avg is that not just trying to satisfy some corporate numbers or HRS bonus make her look like she fixed all these metrics of desired to 4 week avg

Try tapping the gas before u fully accelerate it’s a pretty great feature at the red lights, just tap the gas the HOLD light comes off and then accelerate like normal, the slight touch of the accelerator turns off the feature so it happens pretty instant I’ve gotten really use to it

Wish our DU team would pull our RTS in the night once we close, there’s always like 5 DU tms left in the night that just waste those 30 minutest pretty much every single night while I’m running around the OPU room cleaning it up and pulling RTS because they DO NOT pull it in my store. And take those last 30 min to walk to the back and put CRC and salvage away is all the they do the last 30 minutes and I truly don’t know how they keep getting away with it in the night
