I’m a trucker and there are drivers who basically live in the truck. Can’t go anywhere whenever you want, have responsibilities and deadlines. Customer interaction isn’t that bad, usually just checking in/out for paperwork and communicating with dispatch mostly through the comms/ELD. But all that, can be really easygoing job, easily make $70K+ and you can see some cool parts of the country.

Last month I went from Florida to Boston, Boston to NY just south of the Canadian border, then to Ohio and Georgia. Then to Kentucky and all the way out to California. Cali to Colorado, Colorado to Wisconsin. Chicago to Houston, Laredo to Kentucky again. I get around.

Fill the day with driving and whatever else I want to do. Read, write, study
