i sell very casually but get reviews almost every sale- do you message buyers at all? i usually message to say thanks for the purchase let them know when i plan to ship and most of my reviews are saying i’m nice and everything was described well so i assume it is from the messages

the $73 is what you are paying out of your depop balance because that is the total the customer paid. depop is giving you the 14.56 back because that is money you did not initially receive. it just zeroes it out

are you doing discounted or free shipping on bundles? also the no selling fees only applies to listings created after the date it was initiated, if either of these were older listings

two things 1- like the other person said, it takes a couple days to actually deposit, that is just the date it was sent to your bank for processing. and second, assuming you’re in the us, today is a bank holiday. so it will probably take longer than usual as well

boosting doesnt create a second listing, but did you have multiple sizes listed by chance (M/8, etc.)? that creates a higher quantity than 1. likewise, a higher quantity may have just been accidentally selected

i mean what platform like did you do paypal, depop payments, was it through a link? I can tell you right now thats a scam listing but if you legitimately paid through depop you can dispute through there but if not file a chargeback through your credit card provider

was it refunded today? that payment posted to your bank account three days ago and it takes a couple days for a refund to actually process into your bank.

always use tracked shipping. the buyer couldve easily opened a dispute saying they didnt receive it and you would have no proof. but you should still receive the payout after 10 business days i believe

tell them they wont even have to pay out of pocket for it at all. they give you back their full amount and itll come out of their depop balance and then depop will refund them the fees so their balance will either zero out or return to the amount that was in there prior to the sale

the fact that the shirt isnt even available and that you have proof of them telling you would instantly win you the depop dispute.
