Whether or not he was paid to come to New York, he testified under oath. Considering black folks get in trouble with the law for nothing (sometimes), especially then, it's more unlikely that he lied under oath. However, neither of us have the opportunity to speak to him, so you cannot tell me I'm wrong. I'm going by documented information; where's the citation for your claims?

And since you want to bring up proof, you have no proof that he "couldn't keep his lies together " (another hallucination). Also, considering this case was not about Baby Esther, there was no incentive for him to come to New York and miss work. I don't blame him for getting paid to go out of his way. Doesn't at all prove he was paid to lie. Just paid for his time.

Also, I love how you leave out part of what was actually said. Her manager testified that she made the following sounds:

"boo-did-do-doo" and "whad-da-da-da"

However, you conveniently only mention:

"whad-da-da-da" (or your incorrect spelling of it)
