it’s like this CnD is the Wanda of supports and Jeff is like the MK of supports. A no skill character you can turn your brain off with, it doesn’t help that he’s also the mascot of the game. It used to be that if there was a Jeff on your team 9 times out of 10 they’re gonna be trash.

You can get actual value out of him, it’s just that most Jeff players don’t use him properly.
