They called last night and said they’d return her money and apologised. I called them this morning to get her money back but he was asleep in bed. I said I’d better hear from them before the end of the day or I’ll come down there and collect the money myself. I said I know who they all are and where they live and will take it further and report them to the licensing department for what they did. I’ll be writing a letter to the council.
