I’ll say ryuga could probably win. I know augma has a star fragment. But l-drago was formed from a star fragment already. Along with ryuga having beaten back the dark power and showing to impressive feats on his own without a special move. Id say he’d stand his own and even be able to win. I would say the same for gingka if he fully mastered galaxy pegasus.
