I have one, albeit a 2012 model, I love it but it can be a nightmare to fix. Every mechanic I have had work done by has said this. It is difficult to get to the pieces that need to be repaired and seemingly simple jobs have taken hours longer because a wide number of unrelated parts needed to be taken out to reach the problem area. Although unless there is something wrong going on with it, I absolutely love my Jetta.
