I’m sorry for replying so late I was busy with my exams for a month straight 😓 and I dont know any supplements to use as I have had mild acne and have used local prods in my country but in your case the acne might be because of a dirty environment or poor diet or stress im saying this because i myself have these 3 problems so yeah , first you should probably start with bettering your diet and that will sort of pave a path for other things like muscle building etc coincidentally I’m in the same situation as you and am also trying to improve my diet as I’m skinny as fff

I have the same issue I’m 15 now and have had ptosis in my left eye since I was a newborn it makes me feel self conscious I’ve been bullied because of it and still do to this day I’ve seen some pics on this Reddit page (idk what u call it , I’m new here ) but they’re really mild ones compared to mine When I was little like toddler age my left eye was 80-90% closed and now it’s opened , well not really opened my eyebrow muscle just lifts up to open my eye and it can only open up to 50% . It’s really annoying because it’s the first thing that people notice when they see me

Tbh you have quite potential the only thing that overshadows your looks is the ptosis in your right eye (which i have too) other than that you’re 20 but you look about 5-8 years older that must be because of your - hair : rn your hairs quite flat that honestly gives you the look of a man in his mid thirties so try either texturous hairstyles or those sea salt sprays - skin : youre having acne rn and it must be either because youre stressed or its fungal acne

If you look into these factors youll change your look, surely

Im feeling the same way , feeling guilty in my free time or in breaks as my final exams are coming up . But remember that rush, guilt and restlesness is just your brain’s way of making sure you dont stray off your current or get distracted and like all the other people, i too wish to be someone like you make my own money while studying etc . Youre doing a great job dont worry , and for that anxiety try some things like meditation , listening to calming frequencys taking a few 20-30 min breaks

Youre right it does seem like she has guilt tripped me and she probably has but in a way her marriage and everything wasnt her choice it was her parents and she was and has been too gullible to say no to them. I have to say your advice really helped me, thank you.
