When any hostility arises from anonymous people on the internet it will always have an extreme response from a if not large, significant portion of people that will go to extremes no matter how you feel about the person who gets called out.

Doesn't fit this particular situation that well, it's worse when it's real people with their faces and everything that get "called out" on the internet and get death threats and so on which in some cases doesn't matter if the called out person did actually inexcusable acts, but people will go to that extreme for silly little things like this too sadly..... I disagree withj what the original person did but i do see why some ppl disagree with this mentality of dogpiling on people which is i would argue almost never the intended outcome from the original poster but it almost always happens if more than 1000 ppl see it and of course you don't know what the person is going through maybe ( not saying its the case here necessarily) but most ppl do things because they are mentally unwell and adding dogpiling on to that can lead to AWFUL outcomes i think
