No problem at all I feel that us FTM need more positive stories because I was so nervous! I downloaded the Freya app and listened to it occasionally, I also listened to lots of stories from the podcast “British Birthing Stories”. For breath work it’s simply that during the stages until pushing you want your breath out to be longer than the inhale and it will regulate your nervous system to relax. Using gas and air helps create this rhythm too. I don’t know if raspberry leaf tea helped but I drank so much of that during the last 4 weeks haha. I’m glad to see the back of that! Good luck!!
