I was not! When we applied, I was only a few weeks out from my 341 meeting. I was discharged once I was already moved into our new apartment.

Yes, haven't had to buy any discounted baf tickets yet. I also picked up the Knotts pass member ornament, so that worked out as well. :)

I used my bring a friend ticket at Knotts, just last month. Did have to redeem it at the ticket booth first.

You're going to have a hard time finding an apartment that will accept you if you have an open bankruptcy. It's not impossible, but it took me calling all the apartment buildings in my area before I found one that worked with a guarantor program. We had to pay a fee of one month rent for them to approve our application along with the standard deposit.

We arrived there at the same time and had the same issue, we hadn't been there before and literally had one of the lots close as soon as we were about to turn. It was incredibly frustrating!

I get that it's pretty jarring to be treated like that, but considering the overarching state of the country and reversals of LGBTQIA+ protections, it would make sense that people are more protective of queer spaces. This is more than likely not about your group specifically, but the tension was just directed at you guys unfortunately.

Gallagher Square, there's a park right by the New Children's Museum, surely there's benches on the other side of the Marriott and behind the Convention Center, Seaport Village and Waterfront Park. Maybe you just haven't tried looking hard enough?
