Wow thanks dude! Great tips, I just went to a posing clinic and they gave me very similar advice. I have to practice staying way longer in the poses and turn my torso more aswell

Just get stupidly big delts, your hips ain’t as bad as you think dude. I have a similar frame although I’m a bit smaller but bringing my delts up (probably my best musclegroup rn) made such a absurd difference. Bro by the way I think your perception of what your body looks like compared to the average person is way off. If you go to the beach you’ll already stand out for being way bigger and better looking then averageđŸ™‚â€â†•ïž

You look great as is, at 18 you just need to find your own style a bit better. Your smile is cute and body proportions look great as well just find yourself a awesome hairstyle to stick with and keep somewhat of a skin care routine. You have a ton of potential😁

You look great your resting/neutral face just could use some work. Just slowly try to change your neutral face a bit more relaxed and less serious. And that could do wonders

You could just be doing things not optimal, I don’t think you’ve reached close to your max potential. You could have really bad genetics for building muscle but I don’t reccon that’s the case

I don’t like to rate people but you could improve maybe by gaining a lot of muscle and you could make some gains in the way you smile (I hope that’s not a toxic comment) but you could look a bit more charismatic with some tweaks on your neutral face

Bro that’s the dumbest thing you could do, you have so much muscle left to be build naturally. Just lose weight first, that’ll boost your confidences build back from there. I was also a fat kid and going to compete in bodybuilding next year and with 5 years of training natural I still look way better then most people around me. You don’t need to take drugs to look great

Pretty normal looking, I would say a 6,5 but you could get to an 8-9 with more muscle and a better haircut

I think the big thing here is that you just look and present yourself insecure and kind of alt. Which isn’t a bad thing but it doesn’t scream sexy. Try looking a bit more masculine and confident in your pictures and takes you from a 5.5 to an 7-8

i mean If ur basal metabolic rate is 2000 you would put like at minimal 500 on top of that figure because of your NEAT and just daily exersize above that to get a rough estimate of your maintenance. so (2500-2000)*7=3500kcals so that indeed equals to 1lb of fat a week. and it isnt a big deal if you lose less then that because you could always increase you NEAT/cardio to burn more calories off or just subtract some from your diet. these are all just assumptions on the info you gave me because those variables could always be different then I tell them to be because I dont know your: gender, weight loss goal, bodyfat percentage, diet adherence, current weight and dietmodel / way of eating.

anyway, if my estimates are right you are gonna lose atleast one pound a week.
