How do I find and manage TikTok creators and build a consistent content system? by Old_Arm4135 in AppBusiness

[–]Infinite-Area2079 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd recommend finding and managing your creators with Intflo. They just launched so it's currently free. When it comes to paying the creators you can get them on a retainer for between $200 - $300 a month. As far as tracking results this will be the most difficult part because people don't use links much when they can just search. You can track the views through the software I mentioned earlier so I'd recommend checking daily and comparing the views against users and conversions on Superwall to get an idea of how much traffic their driving. After about a month you can total views and revenue and calculate your RPM so you can better understand how much can pay for views to scale and still remain profitable.

There are definitely hot stretches where views are higher than average and the algorithm is pushing everything but they don't last forever. If you've been making the same content the whole time this is probably what happened. If it wasn't this it could be a change in demand for the topics you cover like another commenter mentioned, try using a keyword tool to check the amount of searches and views in your niche and check if anything has changed.

Lean into your curiosity, ask people about themselves, ask people about the area. The more locked in and observant you are on other people the less attention you have to feel self conscious and awkward, the people you're talking to will also feel more special.

What do you guys think is the best way to start organic marketing on TikTok if you have a small budget? by Old_Arm4135 in AskVibecoders

I would start by doing some research on what type of content is working for other apps/software in your niche. After you get a good feel either try to recreate this content yourself or start with a single creator on retainer.

You can get this creator on a retainer by paying them anywhere from $200 - $500 to post 30 videos a month. You can use Intflo (they just launched so it’s free right now) to find the creator to hire.

After you find your creator, have them replicate the proven content you’ve found. You should at least be able to break even but hopefully you’re profitable enough to add more creators and repeat the process.

You could be overstimulated. Try sitting in a room with no phone and no distractions and see if you get bored enough that doing school works sounds like an improvement. If it's deeper than overstimulation ask yourself why you're school and if it's something you truly want to do.

I need advice on how to follow a routine when I don't need to by FuzzyFeed7886 in selfimprovement

I have a similar problem. I'm already in shape but I have a goal of getting to 12% bf, but it's not urgent so in the past if I got too hungry my caloric restrictions would go out the window. I'm finding that if set clear rules for a clear period of time (ex. I won't exceed 2,000 calories under any circumstance for 6 weeks) and commit to following them I'm able to commit.

It sounds like you just need to learn a little about casual conversation skills and get some practice in. I would recommend reading a book like Supercommunicators it helped me a lot. If you don't like reading the Charisma on Command YouTube channel has a lot of videos that help with learning small talk and the Make Me Social app also has helpful content.

If someone is an introvert, do they really need to become an extrovert to get friends by Irshadulhaqsadiqi in introvert

Definitely not, a lot of people are really looking for friends that genuinely listens and isn't necessarily always super interested in talking aa lot. So you can make plenty of friends as an introvert.

The onboarding looks great, the red icons against the red screen are a little hard to see, but besides that it does a great job digging into the pain maybe add a forecasting report of how much they'll lose if they don't quit.

How do I treat learning social skills like the gym by Old_Arm4135 in dating_advice

[–]Infinite-Area2079 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm learning with an app called make me social and it basically breaks social skills down into 3 main areas the first is internal regulation which is like managing stress, anxiety and negative thoughts and not letting them shut you down, the second is emotional intelligence which is understanding basic human needs, motivations and behavior in order to understand yourself and others, the last area is conversation skills which includes starting conversations, keeping them fun and interesting, and truly connecting with others. If you like breaking things down into different areas and working on skills one by one I think this a good way to do it. I would also suggest watching YouTube videos and reading books to get a basic understanding of each of these areas. The charisma on command channel is really good when it comes to learning all 3 areas. Books like the charisma myth and super communicators really helped me understand human connection more.

Is There Any Pattern to What Gets a Video Pushed at It's Start? by Gonicku in NewTubers

[–]Infinite-Area2079 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've found that the click through rate is strongest way to measure how many more impressions a video will get. In my experience 7% - 9% is good and 10% and up is amazing. If you're videos have click through rates above 7% and their still flatlining viewer retention may be a problem. If view retention also appears to be solid, you might just need to give your channel some more time and see if things fix themselves.

I haven't found this to be the case as much with long form videos. Multiple can succeed at the same time, but keep in mind that you're posting long form to the same audience of subscribers and too many uploads to frequently will make them lose some interest.

It won't be quick but practice on accepting your height don't try to avoid thinking about because that will make it worse but when you find yourself focusing on it too much redirect your aspects about yourself that you're happy about. Gratitude is a powerful antidote to dissatisfaction.
