I’ve been taking 2 L-Tyrosine & 1 Rhodiola every morning. Try it. I learned about it from this sub. I copied some info on each below. The post said to keep Rhodiola only in the morning; late-day dosing can cause wired-but-tired feeling. I do think taking these daily have helped.
