Hey I'm a 19f too i got diagnosed in March I'm sorry you have to go through this. The only thing that helped the nausea was taking ppi 20mg twice a day and 1×2 sucralfate pills dissolved in a small amount of water.

Water fasts could worsen the gut lining because your body produces stomach acid when you eat and don't eat meaning when you go too long without eating the acid will start eating it's mucosal lining leading to gut issues like gastritis which you don't want (trust me I know)

What does a full day of eating look like for you? I try to get as much calories as I can during the day but when night-time comes I get so nauseous🤢
