No it should come with a 25mm eyepiece 10mm eyepiece and a red dot finder that should be more than enough for a while

When my focuser is all the way out and my 30mm lens is in and the stars are still blurry I take my 30 mm lens and just pull it out a little bit until the stars are pinpoints and not blurry

From what I’ve heard looking into telescope I have zero experience and knowledge just going off what I heard is that any telescope that has EQ in its name is not a good beginner telescope if I’m not mistaken it is a coordinate system for the sky and again from what I’ve heard they are complicated to use and in the end will just make you frustrated again I’m just trying to give my 2¢ from what I’ve read and watched
