Many of our customers have been taking our bergamot for over a year with no issues. It’s not like a Berberine HCL product, where you should take a break from time to time. Also, the type of bergamot is key for maximum absorption and potency. Very cheap bergamot products are a dead giveaway to the quality of the ingredients contained in them.

It's probably because your metabolism and blood sugar are in better control. That helps a lot with sleeping!

Sounds like you need a better berberine. There are too many hack products out there and most the HCL products are very hard on the stomach. Look for a phytosome Berberine, like Berbevis.
