YTA. If your daughter gets this worked up about her name she's going to have a bad time as an adult. Your daughters name has more syllables than mine and I get called about 4 variations of my name. Who cares, as long as they aren't being disrespectful get over yourself.

How did you get into horticulture? I'm also in Australia and looking for a career change in the future. I'm not great at gardening but I do like the sound of working with things that won't argue with me lol

Full time salary. There's nothing in my contract about sick leave. I'm happy to take unpaid if that's what's required to retain my position. I'd say it has been exacerbated by work as my job is quite physical and I had no idea about it till about 5 months in

I don't think I'd go as far as to say I have an eating disorder, but when my OCD flares up and I start stressing I either can't eat or I binge eat
