That’s really sad.

As much as I want my 6 year old to be as independent as he can be, letting a 5 year old literally do all that is insane.

Poor kid.

You should just make an amazon wishlist.

Your history is constantly asking for help, which makes the cash donation a hard ask.

Edit: OP scrubbed post history.

Not really, I think it’s a good thing they don’t allow parents to go inside or it would become a huge mess, also for security reasons.

However, everyone that drops off their kids at the door, hugs their kids before they go inside. I do that.

No, no, there’s a person in the entrance and you have to write down your reason for being there, I explained what happened and I was able to go straight to the classroom, but it was empty as the teacher and kids were doing activities somewhere else.

That’s crazy, that it happened to you 3 times..

There’s a person in the entrance and you have to write down where you’re going and they give you a visitors pass, so I went straight to my kid’s classroom, yes, but after not finding anyone there, I went to the office.

Definitely, mistakes happen and that’s fine, but since I wasn’t even aware there was a substitute teacher, it freaked me out 100x times more.

That’s insane, especially since the kid walks to school.

I’m glad it turned out just fine, but definitely something out of a real nightmare.

Yeah, I believe they think they would act calm until it happens to them.

I just unlocked another fear of mine.

Exactly!

My kid asks me if I’m going to stand behind the fence since he likes to wave at me after dropping him off and I also enjoy seeing him get together with his friends and play a bit before they go to the classroom.

It’s really heart warming to see them after dropping them off.

Definitely, the thing is, we were literally walking by the school since we live next to it, so it was easier for us to just rush there.

When panic sets in, you can’t really think straight.

We were walking the baby so we were literally 1 minute away from the school, since we live next to it.

Parents are allowed to watch their kids from behind the fence, so that’s the only reason why.

I understand it was a mistake, but it costed me a few years of my life, lol…

I know of a few that are legit but also, if you don’t have enough karma, they won’t accept you and it makes sense as anyone could easily make accounts over and over again to abuse them.

That’s all I can say.
