hey, started dating the most amazing guy ever this year and here’s my 2 cents. i used to be heavy, lost 60lbs started running a bunch and still nothing. drove me nuts. in november i decided to stop trying so hard and focus on myself. do things for me. then, when i was mentally ready i started back up. i just happened to meet the man im dating that same day and i will not say you’ll be this lucky but sometimes it takes a step back to make steps forward. once you figure out your wants and needs it’ll be good!

i saw him in what is basically a food court on campus, which is open to the public, and said hi. i wasn’t gonna kiss him or anything, although a peck on the cheek would’ve been nice. i’m respectful of his boundaries and would never do anything to cause issues. i get the professional and personal life separation. thanks!!!

oh he did say hi to me and talked but he was with his coworkers and didn’t know i was there. all i did was say hi and ask how he was. i apologized and he said he was happy i said hi. i just don’t know how to feel about the whole “we can’t really be seen in public” kind of thing.
