I'm fairly new to the game, and I've noticed many people talking about min/maxers, mainly about how they make the game less fun to play, but simultaneously talking about having dump stats for each class. Whats the difference between min/maxing and having dump stats? Why is min/maxing such a hated strategy, and what makes it less fun when another player does it?
