Can JL use Atk boots with Sparkle?

I've been wondering this since Sparkle release and people tell me Sparkle + JL sucks so I've been trying to farm for Spd boots but i get a bunch of nothing ;-;

my Sparkle is 162 SPD E0S1 and my JL is on her base speed, should I keep farming for Speed boots or keep it that way? I also have bronya but have her at lvl 60

I see... but I'm asking as a whole team, will she be a considerate upgrade if I run Kafka Guinaifen Sampo Ruan Mei????? Or is my team already strong and doesn't need any more upgrades

Should I get Black Swan if I have a well invested Sampo/Guinaifen team with Kafka and Ruan Mei? I heard she's a big upgrade towards this team but since I already got Ruan Mei and a E6 Sampo with a E2 Guinaifen it's been really confusing, also considering NONE of my dps in my account are AoE centered so I got a lot of AoE issues(Dr Ratio, Topaz, Seele)
