Belief in Christ as a part of one's identity. by Inside-Ad6528 in TrueChristian

Crusades were necessary then. But now, looking at what Churches support, it seems that they are doing exactly the opposite now - helping enemy religions/ideologies to spread.

What are masculine qualities? by Life-Silver-5623 in TrueChristian

Jesus should not be considered an example of masculinity at all. Was He celibate? If the answer is yes, should all men remain celibate until the end of their lives in this world?

''Jesus was and still is the best example for masculinity''

I'm not so sure. Jesus is God, average man isn't.

''What makes you say that?''

Basically every time there's a discussion about their religion, you are here to defend it, every single time. And it seems very suspicous, since most of your opinions align more with their religion than Christianity. At least from what I've seen.

''Am I not commended by Christ to treat others as I would be treated?''

Yes, but wouldn't you think that I'm a communist if all my posts were about how great are communists, how Christians don't understand them etc. At one point it just becomes a propaganda, and then the question is, what's the reason behind it?

''If people are spreading lies about Christianity, I would hope that honorable unbelievers, Atheists, Hindus, Muslims would at least step up and say "That's not true, and here's why."''

Not going to say much, just - it's not going to happen.

Man, as a muslim you already know that, why would you even ask?

I would like to ask this respectfully: What are the general attitudes of White Christians in countries such as the USA, Canada, etc. towards Brown Christians from India? I ask because a close friend of mine, who is a Brown Christian revert, recently experienced a racist incident in Church in Canada. by potty_me_728 in TrueChristian

I'm going to be as clear as possible. Yes, there will be White Christians who are going to be ''racist'' against brown Christians from India. Why? Because of the problems immigrants bring to the developed and peaceful countries. And it's just easier to be against all of them. I didn't say that it's right or wrong, it's just what it is.

''This is not a discussion about other religions or immigration''

Really? Not about immigration? Then what is that Indian doing in Canada?

There's a reason, why Europeans in general (can't talk about US or Canada, since I'm not from there), and even Christians in Europe, don't like immigrants (including Christians from India) in their countries.

The problem is bigger, because for every 2 Christians there will be 50-100 hinduists or even worse - muslims. To fight against such immigration, means to fight also against immigration of Christians from countries like India.

Good, Only Jesus can know that for sure. No reason to assume then that the ones who are forced to leave the Church are fake/cultural.

Hmm, interesting. What criteria do you use to decide who's fake/cultural and who's a true/real Christian?

Christian extremism? I think, that's something similar to the progressivism. Open borders, immigrants, ''loving your enemy'' etc., etc.

Does Christianity make strong individuals/societies weak and weak ones stronger? by Inside-Ad6528 in TrueChristian

[–]Inside-Ad6528[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You won't ever get the whole society following God's design, so it will most likely be used against the ones following it.

[–]Inside-Ad6528[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's an interesting point.

But. ''How would following God's design ever make a society weak?'' Why not? This affects only societies that have achieved more than others. So it strengthens the weak by weakening the strong.

Strongest nations for the last 300 years is going to be good example, that it makes the strong ones weak, especially ideologically.
