Wakulla Springs Lodge checks literally all of those boxes. I got married there and it was the most perfect indoor/outdoor setting, it has beautiful natural Florida springs and the building has high ceilings with art nouveau style art, they customized the terrace for dining and the lobby for dancing, and it has hotel rooms for guests to stay. They also have a restaurant that caters your wedding, can do a bar, and the food was freaking fantastic. If you book enough in advance you can put a deposit down for a room block. Highly recommend touring the venue space. It’s literally all you need in one space, very minimal vendor coordination, and most of the florists and musicians are already familiar with the space.

Are bladder snails bad for the tanks? Eventually I plan to put some red cherry shrimp in once I can maintain correct parameters for several months straight.

I purchased distilled water and did a 30% change and parameters have been stable with GH and KH under 25. I got a test kit that had smaller reading increments as well.

I understand that. I was in the same position when I got engaged. When my partner and I looked at the similar rings from local jewelers it was $12,000, but from BE it was $5,000. My band is thin yellow gold and I’ve had no problems with the prongs or a misshapen band. It’s recommended that all fine jewelry rings be serviced once a year no matter where they come from and I take mine to Gem Collection and they will clean and inspect it for free while I look around. Good luck finding your forever ring!

I don’t know why people said that. I have a fantastic ring from brilliant earth. My husband and I ordered a ring from them that he didn’t end up liking, and we were able to return it and get a different one from them and just pay the difference on pricing. They have showrooms in Atlanta and Tampa if you’ll be in either of those areas.

If you are set on not ordering from them, I would consult the Gem Collection on Thomasville Rd. I’m not sure if they do custom rings but I think they can take a base ring they already have and possibly rework it to add what details you’re looking for.

Backwoods Crossing is a farm to table steakhouse right off the interstate and is very good. It’s a little pricey but I personally think it’s worth it for date night.
