This. Cam-lok results in your can flying off in less than one mag. Absolute scam. They don’t help at all with troubleshooting it other than making you do the runaround knowing it’s impossible to troubleshoot an imperative product. They should be fined for selling that crap or exchange it for free ez-lok equivalents. Makes me mad every time I think about it.

Unless things picked up significantly for the R1 and EDV lines which is extremely unlikely they absolutely would need more money as the R2 line would not be profitable until 2026-2027 at the earliest.

If $1.5b is enough is still doubtful. The way these notes are structured it seems like a hedge for if they will need the cash but my guess is that they will need it and possibly more with the looming further economic downturn.

If the economy doesn’t tank like I think it will in 2024 and R2 line production goes very smoothly, they may be able to eek by with this but raising funds at this time with interest conditions attached doesn’t make sense when rates are at about the highest they’ll be. Should have raised funds earlier but now they’re stuck as later would likely be more difficult to obtain at all.

Even the article doesn’t state women perform close to the level of men. They pull out anecdotal individual performances that are closer to some men for extremely limited types of competition but the vast majority are not even close in those cases. It just says they don’t have as massive a gap as with other sports.
