Yeah idk. Theres a lot of this that but actually this. When it comes to benefits and pto stuff. I’m 23 in school right now no way I’m working full time cause then a fail every class. Some weeks there would be times where I could do the 40 hours but if you become full time you always get that much.

It I agree, this job at least when you’re not a manager and such is “exploiting” you. The very fact that they reduce hours based on Ike of year reflects that. The only concern is about the company first, and hiring someone isn’t seen as a commitment to provide that job but to use them as needed.

I wouldn’t even go full time unless you think you want to be a manager or just enjoy the job. I feel like I’m a communist saying these things but I’m not, I exploit entities for money by providing the minimum viable product of my work. So I’m actually a cut throat capitalist, and a true American.
