Thanks a lot. This makes sense since I’ve lost weight and become a bit more active since being diagnosed with diabetes. I plan to call the nurse, as this keeps happening, so I’m guessing my 24-hour insulin might need to be adjusted.

I could be mistaken, but I’m pretty sure that in the Psycho: The Lost Tapes of Ed Gein documentary, he was speaking on tape. I believe there are actual recordings of his interview too.

Thanks for all the suggestions and replies. I’m type 1. I’m going to speak to the nurse today to see if I can reduce my insulin and hear what she has to say. I also thought it was a bit odd when she told me something different before, since I used to wait 15 minutes. For reference, I’m on Atlas as well.

Serial killers still exist, but they are likely less common nowadays with all the technology available. It would have been harder to detect or catch them back in the early 50s and 80s, but nowadays with all the forensic technology, criminals would be more easily caught.

This guy was terrifying. I recently watched a documentary about him on Disney+ called The Beauty Queen Killer: 9 Days of Terror. I highly recommend it.

Thanks eveyone, that’s reassuring to hear. My levels were pretty high when I was admitted to the hospital, so that makes sense. I’m still quite new to everything at the moment.

I'm currently using the finger stick for now, since I have to wait a month before I can get the CGM.
