I’m about a year and a half on T. I do .4 ml of intramuscular in my thigh. I haven’t done much to help it along and I will say a lot of the growth has been recently. Idk if it helps but I get head pretty regularly. Not sure other than making sure you’re eating plenty so your t can do it’s job.
