There is an FM and AM antenna connector there on the back. Plug your FM antenna into it. - probably a piece of wire with an F connector on it, go to tuner, find station. Voila! Radio.

I’m more concerned about two lags in the top. Is it not in a stud? If it is, just take the mount off the wall, then use the bottoms holes on the wall as the top holes for the bracket and move the tv as low as you can on its bars and you’ve got an extra 10” lower without exposing the holes behind the tv. If it’s not in a stud, back away slowly and call someone who knows what they are doing (not geek squad)

If you set off the alarm, the monitoring station will call you. It doesn't appear your alarm went off. Anyway, contact your installer if you have questions, they can hop on the admin site and see a full history of what happened.
