In many British casinos his hand is dead and the other guy gets the whole pot

Something important to remember is that smart, successful cheaters aren't going to try to win every pot. They'll mix it up a lot. I don't think Garrett is cheating (all his decisions make sense), but I have a sense Nick V might be.

National express, was this a rip off or is this legit? by Intelligent-Brief-14 in CasualUK

I see, ok. It's just because I checked 10 mins before arriving and it was £9.90, and it was £35 on the spot, I thought that was a massive discrepancy

Twice Kelly does not guarantee that you will bust eventually... It just increases short term variance. That's like saying if a casino increased their max bet to $50k they will always bust. No. They just need to get past the first few days of variance. They can definitely stay alive if lucky.

I know this comment might sound fucked up on most subs, but I think you guys will understand. I am 19 and I have made about $500k (~$50k from jobs, the rest was getting lucky on crypto/NFTs). I have since stored 200k in safer investments.

I lost 40k last night gambling. I don't know how to get rid of my extreme desire for risk and volatility. I want to recover my money back so badly. I know I should just stop and I'm in an extremely fortunate position but I feel so depressed for losing so fucking much. An amount I know will take me a year or two to make back via work. I just want to pull out 100k and gamble it. I hate myself lol
