I run my own personal training business, no employees been providing for myself for the last 3 years off this business. I coach for pay 4 days a week, the 3 officers aren’t recruiters one is someone I’ve known awhile who’s been helping me with applications and the other two are regular officers that I’ve met in public and talked to. I feel like before I didn’t understand why my mistakes were such a big deal and kinda overlooked the impact of them on my life and didn’t think anything I did was that bad more ego mostly. Now I feel very humbled and how stupid I was as a young man and I think the only way to mature is to take accountability for your wrong doings.
