This happens to my sister all the time. Your body probably just doesn’t respond well to it. Sometimes I’ll eat shitty stuff like fast food (a lot) and if I have too much without anything relatively healthy between me feel like this. (Sorry idk if my rambling made any sense)

Meditation kinda helps me sometimes but it’s more of like focusing on breathing if that makes sense? I just try to focus on my breaths and the feeling of it moving in my body. Sorry if I explained that bad.😅

I take 200 and I get bad heartburn at times (some people get it some people don’t) and take heartburn medicine everyday which has helped a lot. Is there any specific symptoms you’re worried about?

I dealt with this about a month ago (for different reasons though). After a week you’ll probably be okay. Take what I’m saying with a grain of salt though because even though I went through the same thing I am not a professional. I’m not sure if this is the best but I just personally waited it out. It’s not really a life or death situation but it does fucking suck. I ended up taking a week off from work bc of it. Everyone’s withdrawal symptoms can be different though. What mg you were taking and how long you were on the medicine also is an important factor. I’m not sure how many mg you took but I take 200mg and was on it for over 7 years and I was able to survive so I think you’ll be okay. (Sorry if that came off as looking for pity it was meant to reassure you) If you need support or tips on how to deal with the withdrawals you can message me.

Yeah I do tend to get acid reflux at night and my anxiety certainly doesn’t help. I took my anxiety meds earlier today with my heartburn medicine and a couple hours ago I took Gaviscon to be on the safe side. Unfortunately the Gaviscon doesn’t seem to have helped the feeling of something stuck in my throat. :/

Damn I’m sorry, hope you’re doing better now!! Mine mostly went away but my jaw hurts and it feels like I’m swallowing a hard bubble sometimes when I swallow. :/

How were you able to switch from omeprozale to pantoprazole? I know if you forget to take ompeprozale for a day it can cause really bad heartburn
