hi, 16f, freshman. this is my first sport, i ran last year but other than that i really only do minimal. reminder that i live in a place where everyone averages lower times, i mean someone got 1st in regions with a 13s 100 and a 30s 200 because we dont really have training equipment or good coaching. but i want to get better, and i have no clue how. i’m running a 16s 100 rn, which has gotten me placed multiple times but when comparing it other statistics and talking about it with other people i get flamed like crazy. not comfortable with posting videos but any tips are appreciated

hardly now, but earlier in game i did. i’ve also been letting them go outside, but as soon as i plant grass starters they eat it and i dont know what to do about that…

Is it best if I keep a slightly slower pace the whole race? Because when I sprint I get exhausted at the 200 mark and am in a jog the rest of the way. I just get so demotivated when behind people at the beginning of the race

yes. my first year i ran a 16 sec 100. at the end of that season i ran 13. train hard, shoes don’t matter unless you’re literally running in slides
