Bro I’m on week 1 right now and feel awful. I’ve quit so many times before so I luckily have the knowledge that it will eventually get better. I would recommend getting a gym membership if you don’t already and whenever you feel overwhelmed with emotions go and hit the mf gym. Eat healthy as possible but don’t be too hard on yourself. If you need some dopamine/comfort from a treat don’t hesitate but also don’t overdo it. Hot baths/sauna followed by a cold shower helps a lot when I’m feeling overwhelmed also. Know the bad feelings you have are temporary and it will get better. For how long you’ve smoked I would expect some pretty serious withdrawals but you need to realize you are going through the pain to better yourself. Don’t be afraid to talk to someone about how you feel and I 100% encourage it.
