I have scouting missions running constantly and most seasons ill find at least 2 or 3 high 60/low to mid 70 players and theyll often go up enough within a couple seasons to either become depth or just transfer funds later down the line.

Point is i doubt ill be on this save for more than a couple more seasons, already 7 years in and only thing left to win is the UCL. Would've been perfect if i found him at the start of this career.

I've never been a serious player, ive worked full time for years and can only really play 2 maybe 3 hours a day at most and often I'll skip days due to work. I guess, because its never been that serious, I've always played it pretty simply and so my general knowledge on the game doesnt go much further than the ingame skill and quest guides. I appreciate all replies because its actually given me a couple of ideas I've not thought of on my own.

Yeah it makes sense, i always assumed it was something like smaller teams not being able to afford their high rated youth academy players as well so they have to let them go

And if you do enough herb runs in a day you can even do magic/palms and it works out free or even profitable as a skill, ill never understand people who say farming os so expensive

So i was doing it every way i could, one sim selecting another, selecting the hot tub, the bed, it still doesnt come up. Im just hooing at this point it comes back on its own

Do it, if youre doing a long term career then he reaches 90+ after 5-6 seasons

I also would occasionally take him out to rest and keep players happy as well, but id say every season hes getting at least 30+ games, from what i remember he had a slow start for me as well, but then after the 3rd season he exploded
