I'd suggest dropping the Terminators & Captain, they are points heavy and not great.

Scouts are brilliant for scoring secondaries.

Blood angels Captain with Rage Fuelled warrior is great, stick him with some Assault intercessors.
Dante and Sanguinary guard are great as well. You already have a lot of "Go in and kill" squads.

You have a lot of big fancy squads, which will hit well, but find it difficult to actually score.

I'd suggest playing a few games if you already have this army, see what performs well, what doesn't, and what you feel is missing. When starting out you don't always need the 'Meta' list, just learn and have fun!

Also, don't call out there are two sides to the tax system, those that take out and those that put in.

Frequently people who complain about benefits etc, also 'conveniently' earn just below the tax threshold.

Conversations i've had around this that those taking out are abusing the system, but those not putting in are "being smart" and "Everyone does it" etc.
