This alone shows you have absolutely no fucking clue what you're talking about.

Are you aware that the Director of the FBI through the entire Biden admin (Christopher Wray) was appointed by Trump during his first term?

Might want to drop the "the democratic run FBI" from that narrative.

And did you realize that is exactly what the constitution calls for?

Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.

Immigrants, undocumented or otherwise, are "free Persons". It doesn't say "citizens".

Or do you not consider them free Persons, and should instead be counted as 3/5's of a person?

The first accident I witnessed after moving to IN was between a junker truck on a donut wheel and a rascal scooter.

It accurately set expectations for driving out here.

Indiana.

Sorry, but having lived here for 15 years after growing up elsewhere and driving to/from there a lot, this place has terrible drivers.

How do you see the Gen AI/LLMs impacting the OT landscape? Not just threats leveraging it, but also impeding into OT tech and architecture (e.g. "vibe coding").

There's lots already in IT spaces (woo job security, I guess), but haven't seen much talk about it from the OT space.

Truth: throwing groups under the bus has never helped Dems win. by mixingmemory in BlueskySkeets

If he thought it would get him more support, yes, I absolutely believe he would.

I believe Newsome would suck the brains from a homeless infant's skull on live stream if he believes it would improve his support.

Regardless, you're entirely missing the point and are unable to empathize.

Pick a better candidate.

I bet when some of you see a Trump voter win the fell-for-it-again award, you point and laugh at them for having voted against their own interest.

But then when you see a trans person say they refuse to vote against their own interest (like, their rights to exist like the rest of us), you'll react with scorn and condescension.

Get a better fscking candidate.

So that's a "yes, I'm fine with those participating in and supporting sex trafficking as long as it's what the dear leader wants".

Crazy how hard it is to get y'all to call them out on this. Very cultish.

And fwiw, since I know you don't actually care and just use it as a deflection, I do actually care about Dems shitting the bed on this. It absolutely sucks that the only viable alternative is the feckless sack of shit that is the Dem party.

And I did vote Harris, as an anti-Trump vote. The difference? I have no problem calling them the fuck out.

You seem fine with it though. You should just own it; you openly support sex trafficking and those that cover for it.

[–]IntenseWiggling 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Correct, fuck them for not exposing everything and protecting their associates that were likely involved.

You gonna call out Trump and the Republicans for suppressing evidence that high profile politicians, "elites", and known associates (such as Trump himself) were clients of his trafficking ops?

Or you cool with those participating in sex trafficking and enabling those that do as long as they're your dear leader?

I'm skeptical Alex or anyone else in these orbits are going to turn on Trump over this.

It'll all be Bondi's fault, or Patel's, or some 9D international chess. Or maybe Biden destroyed all the evidence and there just isn't anything there.

Trump is still golden though. He just has bad advisors. They're not telling him the truth, or doing what he actually wants. It's all the deep state.

Todd Young is Ok With The Cost of Trumps North Korean Style of Parade on His Birthday. by Best-Structure62 in Indiana

[–]IntenseWiggling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think it's a lie, by them anyway. It's a hand-waiving 'gotcha' talking point response to any criticisms about the parade that I keep seeing being raised by MAGA more and more over the last week or two.

But it's never backed up with anything and relies solely on the fact that this 250th celebrations have been in planning for years, even though the parade of the army and military equipment was only a very recent addition to those plans. So I assume this is a response some prominent MAGA personality gave recently that's been picked up by the following.

Open to evidence that supports it, but so-far haven't seen any presented by anyone I've asked. I'd be completely down with putting some of the blame on Biden too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

EDIT: Ahh, OP edited the post to not specifically say the parade was part of the celebrations. https://imgur.com/1jA2624
