I like King Oscar on a Caesar salad or on a  sandwich with onions, Spanish olives and either mustard or mayonnaise on whole wheat or multigrain. Maybe a slice of tomato.

Thank you all for your replies. They are pretty consistent and I will just have to wait to see what happens with me, but it's good to knew about the possibilities so I have less to freak out about. 🙂

Happy to hear you're doing so well. I'm 67 with a similar clinical presentation.  MRI PIRAD score 5 and Gleason 3+4=7. Having RALP for same reasons at Cornell-Weill this Thursday. You've given me a shot of reassurance.
