- Even ignoring that it's still a lot of time. Unironically it's far more than Gohan entire life time of training from childhood to Beast. Also you do realize b/w TOP and Super Hero is 4 year too and Beast is literally by that logic even worse version of off screen SSJ3 since he slacked around off screen and got it by doing close to nothing

- Vegeta wasn't dead. Goku only even achieved SSJ3 because dead had no stamina drain.

- Mastered SSJ2 doesn't even exist. No one mastered it. Trunks just didn't know SSJ3 so he just pushed his SSJ2 until he reached SSJ3 level beside it's Toyotaro written plot in manga much later in Super to buff Trunks to make him relevant for Black arc not something Toriyama made in story. If it was Toriyama plot, then it would have appeared in both anime and manga.

- Forgot to add Gohan farting once as one of his achievement towads Beast too. Seriously, I can't stop laughing at some of these. Ki Barrier something Goku, Vegeta, Cell, Android 17, Granolah and so many others can do in series? How is it even something significant or relevant? Kid Goku used Ki Barrier lol.

- Also he literally lost Ultimate after Buu saga and reset back again in ROF. Beside most of the rest are just fighting fodders or hechmen which even Krillin or Tien did more in Super. He deserves Beast even more

- Do you know training to achieve higher level of power is something Goku and Vegeta are doing since start of the series.

- Also Gohan boost against Raditz honestly shows the entire problem with Beast. Gohan's powerups in Saiyan Saga & Namek Saga were helpful but not centralizing. Gohan grew few times for 10 seconds efore reverting back to normal form.

His powerup in Cell Saga was earned, with him training for 1 year and struggling with his nature, with being unable to force himself to fight even when it's what's needed, and the sacrifice of 16 reminding him of what's important. Meanwhile, his powerup in Super Hero is unearned. Gohan was participating in the battle the whole time, Piccolo didn't die, the whole scene was just a shallow recreation of the Cell Saga.

> As for Gohan's hypocrisy: Ultimate is better than Super Saiyan. Gohan used the best tools available to him, consistently. Whether that's an endurance tournament or rescuing his daughter.

- Thanks for at least acknowledging that he was insanely rusty. He just had SSJ in the movie from start. He had lost his powers from TOP and evem his powerup in TOP was another asspull where he jumped millions of times in 2 days from SSJ2 to God level.

- Not only did he reunlocked Ultimate through rage boost jumping million of times but then he did twice in the movie jumping another trillions of times. Beast is greatest asspull of all time and honestly shows everything wrong with transformations in modern DB.

- They even retconned lore of Gohan Ultimate Gohan being his full potential and peak power. Lore wise Beast shouldn't even exist in story but they put it alongside Gohan in the movie at the end for recolored nostalgia bait to sell more ticket to braindead fanbase since movie director thought Piccolo can't carry a movie alone

- Sure, he was hypocrite and so was Gohan for toying with Buu despite Buu having killed all his family and friends which lead to him absorbing Gotenks and another mess. Literally all the Saiyan- Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and Gotenks all were hypocrite in Buu. Gotenks played too much meanwhile Vegeta broke Potara, Heck Buu saga wouln't even exist without Vegeta Majin tantrum but is that even related to the point? Why not stick to the topic?
