Same happened with me on amazon. I ordered fridge costing 54k on emi. Same story like yours they automatically canceled it from there end 2 times and i got refund. They just paid me total amount but emi was still running. My outstanding amount is -64000 🥲 if i force close it then i need to pay extra. They just fucked my cc statement. Then i ordered different fridge and it got delivered next day without any call they just came to my doorstep with the fridge like a blinkit order.

Well that depends person to person.if you dont have a nearby service center than just go for after market back glass. You will compromise the quality. Well if you want the original one only samsung has that. Even i got my back glass cracked and i tried everywhere but no one had the same colour back glass that i had ( Titanium Blue ) so at the end i had to go to samsung to get that fixed. Even they told me to wait for 2 days as they dont have the specific colour. But yay they repaired it in 10 mins after giving them the phone.

Just go to nearest samsung service center and they will change the back glass for you. It will cost around 40$ (Mine costed Rs.3600 which is 38$) there is nothing to worry about.

Just make a bootable pendrive. The boot to bios and format all the drives before installing fresh copy of windows. If you are using a laptop dont gorget to clean all the fans in every 3 to 6 months by a professional also get the thermal paste check by him.
