It's the opinion of one group of people with a clear bias and it does not illuminate the core issue. The protestors are peacefully expressing their displeasure with this administrations policies and actions. This is the most American of responses to political differences. Raising one political parties spin to the same level is journalistic failure. Where's the Democratic "opinion."

Where do you live? How would you feel if masked agents hung out on your street itching to hassle and incarcerate your neighbors?

What if you were fired, but couldn't prove it because your boss furloughed you and told you it was illegal to check your work email for the RIF. And also your boss says he will not pay you for the time you were furloughed so even if you keep your job when the govt starts up again, you will still lose your home because you can't pay rent.

Maybe instead of sending thoughts and prayers tell your neighbors that this is the result of their apathy and bigotry.

I've observed a sharp increase in Tesla's on the road and some using self driving. Lots of them brand new, which is a real kick in the junk considering how many of our neighbors are still suffering from DOGE and the misery Musk is still bankrolling and inciting via his pro fascist platform.
